CRACKER JACK 
2 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. butter flavoring
6 qt. popped popcorn
Pinch of salt

Boil brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add soda and flavoring. Stir well, pour over popcorn. (Add nuts if desired.) Spread on cookie sheet. Place in oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, remove and let cool. Store in cool, dry place.
