QUICK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 1/4 c. water
1 pkg. sloppy joe seasoning mix
1 can whole corn, drained
2 c. cooked elbow or shell pasta

In a saucepan over moderate heat, cook the ground beef, stirring constantly with a fork to crumble, until meat loses red color. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato paste and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cooked pasta, corn and 1 cup of cheese. Place in a buttered 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven about 45 minutes. Yields: 4-6 servings.
