1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding (regular)
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 whole eggs
10 oz. 7-Up

TOPPING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter

Mix in order given. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake in 9"x13" pan about 40 minutes or until done.

Cook topping until thick. Spread on cake while hot.
