BUMSTEADS 
1 lb. hamburg
1 onion
1/4 green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded Velveeta (1 sm. pkg.)

Fry hamburg, onion, green pepper and celery. Cook until hamburg loses redness and vegetables are tender, add ketchup, salt and pepper. Stir, add sauce and cheese. Cook slowly for 10 minutes. Cover and cool. Put in buns. Wrap in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
