STRAWBERRY - MALLOW PIE 
1 stick or 1/2 pkg. pie crust mix
1 lb. canned strawberry pie filling
1 c. whipping cream
Dash of salt
1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. (35) miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Prepare 1 baked 9 inch pie shell. Set aside 1/2 cup marshmallows. Melt remaining marshmallow with milk over low heat, stirring intermittently. Remove from heat and continue stirring until practically set. Whip cream. Fold in cream, vanilla and salt. Mix thoroughly.

Spoon 1/2 the mixture into the pie shell. Cover with strawberry filling. Fold reserved marshmallow into remaining marshmallow mixture. Spread over strawberry layer. Garnish with reserved whipped cream mixture. Chill 6 hours or overnight.
