MINI PECAN TARTS 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Soften butter and cream cheese and mix all ingredients together. Using thumb, press a walnut size of dough into a small tart pan.

FILLING:

1 egg
1 tsp. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients and fill each tart shell with about a teaspoon of filling. Sprinkle with extra pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
