YUM YUM CHEESE CAKE | |
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sugar plus 2 tbsp. 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla Pinch of salt 2 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 graham cracker crust Beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beaten well. Pour filling into crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla to taste. Spoon over pie and bake 10 minutes longer. Cool, chill several hours. |
