POPPY SEED DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp. onion juice or 1 1/2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
2 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 tbsp. red food coloring (to suit)

Put the first 6 ingredients in blender. Add the salad oil slowly while blending. Beat until thick. Add poppy seed and food coloring. Beat until very thick. Store in refrigerator. Will keep in refrigerator a week or longer.
