CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. ground turkey or 1 lb. ground meat
1 whole onion, chopped
1/2 or whole bell pepper, chopped
2-3 sticks of celery, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Cabbage
Season to taste
1 c. water

Rinse cabbage and cut up in small pieces and place raw pieces in cake pan (13 x 9) 1 inch thick layer. Saute onion, bell pepper and celery until tender. Add meat and cook until brown or no longer pink in color. Add the rest of the ingredients to meat. Stir it well and spread it evenly on top of the raw cabbage. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out and stir it up well again and spread it evenly. Put it back in oven and bake another 30 minutes. Serves 4.
