LEMON OR LIME PIE 
3 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 to 4 tbsp. lemon or lime juice (or more to taste)
1 graham cracker pie crust
3 tbsp. sugar

Separate eggs. Mix 2 beaten egg yolks with condensed milk. Add lemon or lime juice. Fill prepared pie crust. Beat 3 egg whites with sugar until stiff. Cover pie filling with meringue. Bake at 325 degrees until meringue turns golden brown.
