OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE 
CAKE BATTER:

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. shortening
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Grease and lightly flour bottom only of 13"x9" pan. In a large bowl blend all ingredients for cake batter. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour in pan. In small bowl blend topping ingredients. Sprinkle over cake batter. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
