2 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. flour 2 tbsp. cream (sweet or sour) 2 tbsp. rum 1 tsp. salt Mix eggs, cream and rum. Add to flour and salt. Knead on floured board until smooth. Roll thin as for noodles. Cut in diamond shapes 3 x 3 size. Make two slits in center, then deep fry on both sides. Remove and sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
