RUTH'S EASY BREAD | |
2 pkg. yeast dissolved in 2 c. warm water 1/4 c. shortening 1/4 c. honey 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt Add and mix with electric mixer. For flour, I use white, whole wheat, oat or a combination. Add a cup of flour and mix with mixer. Continue adding flour until dough is elastic. Let rise until double, about 2 hours. Shape into rolls, loaves or cinnamon rolls and let rise again until double. Bake at 400 degrees. |
