TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg white
1/2 c. oat bran
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 green pepper, minced
2 tbsp. green olives, chopped
3 slices onion, minced
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. celery salt

Mix all ingredients together and form into a loaf. Bake for 1 3/4 hours at 350 degrees. Use a meat thermometer 170 degrees to be sure a doneness. Don't over cook.
