SPICED APPLE CIDER 
1/2 gal. cider
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 whole nutmeg
2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
Cinnamon sticks

Combine cider and sugar in a Dutch oven. Tie cloves and nutmeg in a cheese cloth bag; add to cider mixture. bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer 15 minutes. Remove spice bag and add juices. Stir in a cinnamon stick. Yields 2 1/2 quarts.
