FAVORITE PERSIMMON PUDDING | |
2 c. persimmon pulp 3/4 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 eggs 2 c. plain flour, sifted 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring 3/4 c. buttermilk 1/2 tsp. salt Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and blend in persimmon. Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; add to mixture. Add milk, a little at a time. Mix well and pour into a well greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until done. Serve with whipped cream. "Sis" |
