PASTA AND PEAS 
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
1/8 of c. olive oil or vegetable oil
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 lg. bag or 2 boxes frozen peas
1 lb. elbow or ditali pasta cooked

In pan saute onion until soft, add garlic; brown until golden. Add tomatoes and cook for 1/2 hour. Add peas, cook 10 to 15 minutes more. When done mix with drained pasta. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
