MEXICAN CHILI PIE 
1 1/2 c. crushed nacho flavored tortilla chips
1 can (15 oz.) chili with beans
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chili peppers, drained
3/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 oz.)
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
Can be topped after cooking with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes & guacamole
1 baked 9" pastry shell
