MARINATED TOMATOES 
4 or 5 ripe tomatoes
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 packs Sweet and Low
1/2 purple onion
1 green pepper
McCormick Italian seasoning
Feta cheese

Mix vinegar, oil and sweet and low; sprinkle with Italian seasonings. Cut tomatoes into wedges, slice onion and green pepper thinly. Put vegetables in a flat container and pour dressing over vegetables. Sprinkle approximately 4 ounces of Feta cheese over top and cover. Marinate overnight and toss just before serving.
