4 or 5 tomatoes
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
3 tsp. oil
2 tsp. ketchup
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in bowl and allow to marinate for a few hours.
