MOCK CRAB DIP 
1 can mashed artichoke hearts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Drain and mash artichokes. Add mayonnaise and cheese. Blend until moist. Put in oven proof dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with Triscuits or chips.
