3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
3/4 to 1 c. milk
1 egg
Raisin or currents as desired

Mix together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add sour cream. Add milk slowly and enough to make mixture wet and sticky. Butter from pan. Add rest of ingredients. Shape into a ball. Rub Crisco around the ball and bake on a cookie sheet.
