LUSCIOUS LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, powdered sugar and flour, mix well. Press mixture into 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake 15 minutes or until starts to brown. Cool slightly.

FILLING:

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Powdered sugar for garnish

In separate bowl, combine flour and sugar, mix well. Stir in beaten eggs, lemon juice and peel. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
