BARBECUE SANDWICHES 
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, diced
1 1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Brown meat and add green pepper and onion. Add catsup, salt, vinegar, sugar and mustard. Simmer all together until thickened, about 1 hour. Makes 12 sandwiches.
