CUPCAKE FILLING 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. hot milk

Beat butter and Crisco together. Add sugar gradually. Beat until very light and creamy. Add hot milk, 1 tablespoon at a time; beat well. Add vanilla and beat until all blended. Be sure to add the milk slowly and beat well after each tablespoon of milk.
