COOL FRUIT `N ICE CREAM RING 
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime flavored gelatin
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. ginger ale
4 drops green food coloring
1 c. grape halves, seeded
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Add enough water to syrup to make 1 1/2 cups; bring to a boil. Dissolve lime and lemon gelatins in boiling liquid. Add softened ice cream, stirring until melted. Stir in ginger ale and food coloring. Chill until almost set. Fold in pineapple, grapes and nuts. Pour into 6 1/2 cup ring mold. Chill until firm.
