DEVILED EGGS 
12 hard-boiled eggs
2 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. mustard (not dry)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. onion salt (season to taste)
1/2 tbsp. dry crushed parsley flakes
Paprika

Boil eggs. Cut into halves the long way. Set aside. With fork, mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, onion salt and parsley. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and chill until served.
