24 HOUR SALAD 
SALAD:

2 or 3 oranges, cut into bite-size pieces
2 c. grapes, seeded & halved
1 (No. 2) can pineapple, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) container whipping cream

DRESSING:

2 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice

Mix drained fruits and marshmallows.

Prepare dressing - Beat eggs slightly; add sugar and vinegar or lemon juice; cook in double boiler until mixture thickens. (Stir constantly.) Add 1 tablespoon butter; cool.

Chill whipping cream; beat until it stands in peaks. Fold dressing and whipped cream into fruit mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
