2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. Nestle Quik
1 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
3 beaten eggs
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together sugar and flour and set aside. Bring butter, Nestle Quik and water to a boil in a saucepan. Mix the boiled mixture with the sugar and flour. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. Nestle Quik
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Melt butter with Nestle's Quik and milk. Boil and remove from burner. Add remaining ingredients and put on hot cake.
