CHOCOLATE ICED BROWNIES 
4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
2 c. sugar

Melt chocolate over hot water. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs until creamy. Add chocolate, vanilla and flour.

Bake at 325°F for 40 minutes.

Frost with Boston Cream Icing while warm.

Boston Cream Icing:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cornstarch
2 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
dash of salt
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Mix together sugar and cornstarch. Grate chocolate into mixture. Add boiling water and salt. Cook until thick. Add butter and vanilla. Spread over chocolate brownies while warm.
