SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lb. hamburg
1 lb. fresh ground pork
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Pinch of salt & pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Add milk to eggs to make 3/4 cup

In large bowl mix together hamburg and pork. Add other ingredients to meat and mix together until soft. Add 1/4 teaspoon allspice and blend. Form meatballs and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour. Remove meatballs from cookie sheet and put into serving dish. Make brown gravy (from a package mix) and add to meatballs. Serve hot over rice.
