SOUTH OF THE BORDER ENCHILADAS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
12 flour tortillas, 8 inch
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Brown beef and drain. Stir in seasoning, tomato paste, water, onion and salt. Simmer 20 minutes. Spoon 2 to 3 tbsp. of mixture on each tortilla. Roll tightly and place in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread with cheese, green chiles and top with remaining meat mixture. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or microwave for 10 minutes on full powder, rotating once.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
