GREEN BEAN BUNDLES 
4 (16 oz.) cans whole green beans, drained and rinsed or fresh whole sm. beans
24 to 30 slices bacon, cut in half
1 c. beef or chicken stock or bouillon or Italian dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pimento strips

Arrange green beans in bunches of 8, wrap with half a slice of bacon, secure with toothpick. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan, pour beef stock and lemon juice over. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes, turn at end of 20 minutes. Carefully remove from pan to platter, garnish with pimento and parsley. Can be made the night before and cooked before serving. Serves 16.
