MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. moist bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. applesauce
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. teriyaki sauce or 2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Mix ingredients except meat, let sit 5 minutes. Add meat and roll into small balls. Brown in fat; drain and add 1 cup catsup and 1 cup water. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
