BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. raw broccoli, chopped
1 yellow or red sweet pepper (chopped)
1 c. green onion (chopped)
1/2 lb. bacon (cooked and chopped)
1/2 c. currants or golden raisins
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. yogurt
2 tsp. raspberry vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar

Chop and mix vegetables. Toss in onion, raisins and sunflower seeds.

Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
