TOMATO & CELERY SOUP | |
1 sm. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup (undiluted) 1 soup can water 1 tsp. parsley, minced 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Saute onion in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot. Yields 4 servings. |
