TOMATO CELERY SOUP | |
1 sm. onion, chopped fine 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. parsley 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup 1 can of water Saute onion and celery in butter until onion is clear. Add all other ingredients and simmer 10-15 minutes. Celery will be crisp. Tastes especially good when cold weather - at Thanksgiving, or before Christmas dinner. |
