KEY LIME PIE 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
3 to 4 oz. Key West Lime Juice (depending on your taste, the juice is sold in 16 oz. bottles at Albertsons)
9 inch graham cracker pie shell
Whipped cream or meringue

Combine milk and egg yolks with electric mixer at low speed. Slowly add juice, mixing until well blended. Pour into 9 inch graham cracker pie shell and refrigerate overnight. Top with whipped cream or meringue.
