1 tbsp. butter
6 lg. peaches
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. boiling water
Milk or ice cream

Melt butter in bottom of 9 inch square pan. Slice peaches over bottom of pan. Mix Bisquick, 1 tablespoon sugar, milk, and oil; spread over sliced peaches. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch; sprinkle over dough. Pour boiling water over top. Serve warm with milk or ice cream.
