TIPSY CRANBERRIES 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. fresh or frozen cranberries
2 tart apples
1 lemon
4 c. sugar
3 oranges
1/2 c. red port wine

Rinse cranberries; drain well. Wash oranges, apples and lemon. Trim off ends and core. Cut into pieces and remove seeds. Grind all together. Add sugar and wine and mix well. Let sit a week in refrigerator before using, stirring occasionally. Keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks. Also freezes very well. Makes about 12 cups.
