1 c. graham crackers
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar

(May use Oreo cookies instead of above mixture.) 2 tbsp. Kahlua 1 c. hot fudge topping 1 c. (or enough to cover top) whipped cream or Cool Whip Chocolate shavings or chocolate sprinkles to decorate

Crust: Melt butter with sugar in pan. Mix in graham crackers finely crushed. Press mixture into pie plate. If using Oreos, separate enough to cover bottom of plate, placed closely together with icing side up.

Soften chocolate ice cream. Mix in Kahlua. Pour 1/2 cup fudge sauce over crust. Pour other 1/2 on ice cream. Use knife or spoon to gently swirl sauce through ice cream. Pour over crust, cover with whipped cream. Decorate with chocolate (also use cherries if you like). Freeze until firm. 1 pie.
