SHRIMP AND NOODLES 
3/4 - 1 lb. shrimps, cooked, peeled & deveined
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Pennsylvania Dutch Kluski noodles
2 c. (or so) vegetables, sliced thin (zucchini, pea pods, carrots julienne, green pepper, scallions)
1 clove garlic, chopped
3-4 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. butter
Salt
Pepper

Cook noodles, drain and place in large dish and mix with butter. Cover and keep it warm. Heat oil in pan, drop chopped garlic and fry just a few seconds to get flavor. Add vegetables and season and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Add cooked shrimp. Heat well. Pour over noodles and mix.
