AMY'S CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. soft butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk

Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt & cinnamon. In separate bowl, cream butter and sugar. In another bowl, mix eggs, zucchini, vanilla, nuts and milk. Alternately combine wet & dry ingredients into butter/sugar mixture. Spread into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
