ORANGE SHERBET GELATIN SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet and mix well. When partially set, add mandarin oranges and fold in whipped cream. Pour into 12 x 7 inch dish. Chill.
