ORANGE BRAN STREUSEL CAKE 
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 1/2 cups Raisin Bran cereal
1/4 cup sugar
1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350°F. Microwave butter in small microwavable bowl on High for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in cereal and sugar; set aside.

Beat cake mix, eggs, orange peel, orange juice and oil in a large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just to moisten. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

Bake at 350°F 20 minutes or until beginning to rise. Sprinkle with cereal mixture.

Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until done. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. Cool on wire rack. Drizzle with glaze.

ORANGE SUGAR GLAZE:

1 cup sifted powdered sugar
orange juice

Mix powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon orange juice in small bowl. Stir in additional juice, 1 teaspoon at a time, until glaze is smooth and of drizzling consistency.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
