1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. sugar

Cook rice, rinse in cold water and drain well. Add pineapple, sugar, whipped cream, vanilla, and sugar. Chill thoroughly add a cherry on top.
