PISTACHIO DELIGHT 
50 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
4 c. vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
1 to 2 crushed Heath bars

Crumble Ritz crackers and combine with melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix pistachio pudding and milk. Stir in vanilla ice cream. Pour into cracker crumb crust. Refrigerate until firm. Frost with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
