1 lg. bottle catsup
1 can Campbell tomato soup
3 med. onions, chopped finely
3 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. celery, chopped finely
1 tsp. chili powder
Red pepper to taste

Cook until thickened, about 1 to 2 hours.
