BLUEBERRY TORTE 
2 1/2 c. graham crackers (about 24 crackers)
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Crush crackers to make fine crumbs.

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 pkg. Dream Whip or Cool Whip

Mix crackers, butter and sugar. Press in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan.

Beat eggs, sugar and cream cheese. Pour mixture over crumbs and bake 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Cool, then spread with pie filling, then Dream Whip (mixed according to package). Cool in refrigerator 4 to 5 hours.

You can save a 1/4 of this mixture and sprinkle on top of finished dessert.
