PRESBYTERY CHICKEN 
6 to 8 chicken breasts, boned & skinned
1 c. light mayonnaise
1 stick butter, melted
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
16 oz. pkg. herb stuffing mix (processed to crumbs)

Mix mayonnaise, butter and mustard together. Roll chicken breast in this. Then roll in herb stuffing crumbs. Place in shallow ungreased baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil for last 10 minutes and let brown.
